✅ 可申請退換貨的情況
- 僅在以下情況接受退貨或換貨申請:
- 運送損毀(如瓶身破裂、滲漏等)
- 收到錯誤商品
- 經本公司確認之品質問題
- 顧客須於收貨後 3 個曆日內提出退換貨申請。
- 逾期申請可能不予受理,敬請見諒。
- 商品須保持原包裝完整、未開封且具備可再銷售狀態。
- 顧客需提供購買憑證(如訂單編號或收據)。
- 若屬運送損毀,請於收貨後 24 小時內提供清晰照片,以便我們迅速處理。
- 酒品已開瓶或飲用
- 顧客自行儲存不當導致品質變化
- 限量發售或拍賣類商品(除非運送損毀)
- 若符合條件,我們將安排更換相同商品或提供等值購物金。
- 如原商品已售罄,將視情況安排退款。
- 經確認後,退款將於7–10 個工作天內退回至原付款方式。
- 除非因本公司錯誤導致退貨,否則運費恕不退還。

At Wine-Ex, we take great care in sourcing and delivering premium aged wines. Due to the nature and rarity of our products, we maintain a strict but fair returns and exchanges policy:
✅ Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of:
- Delivery damage (e.g. broken bottles, leakage)
- Incorrect items received
- Quality issues verified by our team
- Customers must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
- Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- For damaged goods, clear photographic evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
- Wines that have been opened or consumed
- Wines affected by improper storage after delivery
- Limited-release or auctioned items (unless damaged in transit)
- If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item or offer store credit of equivalent value.
- In cases where the item is no longer available, a refund may be issued.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
